Volunteer Opportunities

With growing any brand there comes a lot of projects and work that needs to be done. As an individual I only have so much time and am only good at so many things. That's where those of you that want to get involved in the behind the scenes get involved. I'm asking for your help with growing this brand and its ability to impact the community. Below you will see a list of things that I constantly need help with. These items will range in complexity and involvement based on the task at hand. Now I want to emphasize that I appreciate any help that I get from the community so there is no right or wrong level of involvement. 

Episode Highlights – Episodes are what fuel the podcast and most of the episodes have some length to them, which is a good thing. However one of the goals to help promote older episodes is episode highlights. A simple 10 to 60 second clip of audio from the episode to highlight an important part of the episode. Now with episodes ranging from 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours there can be a lot of important parts. I need help finding the time stamps for all of these highlights so I can go in take the clip of audio and create a short video to drive attention and listens to older episodes. With all of my recorded episodes I have hundreds of hours of audio and listening to it all multiple times takes time. So if you would like to listen to episodes and take time stamps of important times that would be amazingly helpful. 

Promotion – Yeah that's right I need help promoting the podcast. I spend a lot of time creating content for the podcast, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pateron, and more. This content draws it own attention, however the more people sharing and hyping it up helps, and it helps a lot. So if you can please take the time to share the podcast, social media platforms and most importantly the share your story page. As the more people see the podcast, hopefully the more people it can help. 

Artistic Talent – I'm going to start with this, I personally am super skilled when it comes to artistic talent. Be it graphic design, or video editing, or even audio design, I know I have a lot to learn. With that being said I can always use help on future projects in these areas. So if you are an amazing artist, videographer, audio technician and you want to help I would greatly appreciate it. For those willing to put this level of effort into helping grow The Bearded Advocate you will get full recognition and exposure to your work.
